Whipped Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 2% Fat

  • 1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2 Tbsps Granola

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp Honey


Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and peanut butter together vigorously. Top with granola, blueberries, and honey. Enjoy!

 
Notes:
  • Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately one cup of yogurt.

  • Dairy-Free: Use coconut or soy yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
