Watermelon Refresher

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • Mint leaves as a garnish (optional)


Directions

  1. Blend watermelon with lime juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses.

  2. Top each with 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda and mint leaves. Gently stir.

  3. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or serve immediately with ice.
