Ingredients
1 can tuna, packed in water or olive oil
1 can white beans (or cannellini beans), low sodium
1/4 cup mayonnaise or veganaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 head romaine leaves, rinsed
Directions
Open the canned tuna and drain any excess liquid.
Open the canned beans and drain. Gently rinse under cold water to remove excess sodium.
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Assemble the mixture evenly into the romaine leaves and enjoy!
Notes:
For more flavor, add minced red onion, celery, or any herbs you like.
Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
