Ingredients
1 medium banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend very well until smooth.
Notes:
Pineapple can be substituted with any other tropical fruit.
Chia seeds can be substituted with flax seeds.
