Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, nonfat

  • 1-pound frozen strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons agave or grade A maple syrup


Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, agave or maple syrup, strawberries, water, and lime juice. Blend until combined.

  2. Add yogurt mixture to molds and insert popsicle sticks.

  3. Freeze popsicles for a minimum of three hours. If the popsicles don’t immediately release from the molds, run them under lukewarm water to loosen.

  4. Serve immediately or save in freezer for up to 3 months.
