Ingredients
3 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Line two large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Stir yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Divide mixture on the prepared baking sheets into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle. Scatter the strawberries and chocolate chips evenly between the two baking sheets.
Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut or break into 32 pieces.
Notes
Serving Size: One 1 3/4-by-2 1/2-inch piece.
Storage: Freeze airtight between sheets of parchment for up to 1 month.
No Strawberries: Try different fruits, like blueberries, raspberries, mixed berries, kiwi, or freeze-dried fruit.
More Flavor: Add chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or granola for an extra crunch. Swirl in some nut butter, melted chocolate, or jam for another layer of flavor.
