Ingredients
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1 cup fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
2 scallions, tops only, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until completely combined.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.
Notes:
Keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze.
Serve with fresh veggies, whole grain pita bread, crackers, or chips.
Add half of a cooked poblano or jalapeño pepper to increase heat.
