Shine On Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot, chopped

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 tsp raw ginger root, peeled (or 1/16 tsp ginger powder)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2&

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.


 
Notes:
  • Mango & pineapple can be substituted with any other tropical fruit.

  • Greek yogurt can be substituted for vegan yogurt or vanilla protein powder.

  • Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
