Ingredients
1 large carrot, chopped
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp raw ginger root, peeled (or 1/16 tsp ginger powder)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2&
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
Notes:
Mango & pineapple can be substituted with any other tropical fruit.
Greek yogurt can be substituted for vegan yogurt or vanilla protein powder.
Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
