Ingredients
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
If possible, refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to develop. Stir/shake before serving.
Notes:
To use it as a salad dressing, thin texture by adding additional apple cider vinegar to achieve the desired consistency.
Keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze.
Serve with fresh veggies or over salad.
Makes about 1 cup. The serving size is 2 Tbsp per person.
