Ingredients
4 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (shredded)
2 tbsps Ranch Dressing, Bolthouse Farms Yogurt-Based
2 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)
2 cups Arugula
1 Avocado (sliced)
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine the chicken and dressing and mix well.
Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Add the arugula, chicken, and avocado. Roll up tightly into a wrap and enjoy!
Notes:
Leftovers: Best enjoyed the day of making. Ingredients can be refrigerated separately in airtight containers for up to three days.
No-Cook: Use rotisserie chicken breast meat.
Gluten-Free: Use a gluten-free tortilla wrap instead.
