Ingredients
1 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Baby Spinach
4 Ice Cubes
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (or 1 serving protein, see label)
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes:
Nut-Free: Use nut-free milk such as oat milk or coconut milk.
