PB&J Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)

  • Optional: Tiny pinch of sea salt


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend very well until smooth.


 

Notes:
  • Raspberries can be substituted with any other berry.

  • If using fresh instead of frozen fruit, add a handful of ice cubes.

  • Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
