Nutty Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp cashews

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 handful ice


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend very well until smooth.

 
Notes:
  • Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter or sunflower butter.

  • Cashews can be substituted with any other nut.

  • Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
