Ingredients
1 banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp cashews
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 handful ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend very well until smooth.
Notes:
Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter or sunflower butter.
Cashews can be substituted with any other nut.
Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
