Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cold black coffee

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder unsweetened

  • Handful of ice

Directions

1. Brew coffee and chill, or just use cold brew coffee. Refrigerate until ready to make a smoothie.


2. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.

 

Notes

  • Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder to enhance the nutrition of this smoothie.
