Lime Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1.5 limes, juiced (1.5 ounces)

  • 4 lime slices

  • 1 tsp demerara sugar (optional)

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • 8 mint leaves


Directions

  1. Juice the limes into a glass.

  2. Stir in the demerara sugar (if using), mint leaves, and lime slices. Muddle together for a few seconds.

  3. Top with sparkling water or club soda.

  4. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or serve immediately with ice.
