Ingredients
1 skinless chicken breast (~8 oz)
2 tsp avocado oil OR avocado oil cooking spray
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Toss chicken with oil or spray evenly with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the spice mixture. Sprinkle over chicken and rub evenly.
3. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
5. Remove the chicken from the oven and tent with foil or another baking dish for 5-10 minutes to let the chicken rest.
6. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Slice against the grain and enjoy!
