Ingredients
1 1/3 cups steel-cut oats
4 cups water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 honey crisp or pink lady apples, chopped
Top with 1/4 cup (2 Tbsp per serving) unsalted nuts or hemp hearts
Optional toppings: 1/4 cup fresh berries, banana slices, 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Stir to incorporate. Then, cover and seal.
2. Cook for 3 minutes on high pressure. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
3. Serve with toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
