“Greeña” Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened

  • Handful of ice (if needed)

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
