Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup spinach

  • Small handful kale

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend very well until smooth.


 

Notes:
  • Mango can be substituted with any other tropical fruit.

  • Chia seeds can be substituted with flax seeds.
