Blueberry Cantaloupe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cantaloupe, formed into melon balls or cut into cubes

  • 1-pint blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon agave

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint

Directions

  1. If using a melon baller, form cantaloupe into melon balls.

  2. Place cantaloupe and blueberries in a large bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, agave, and mint. Wisk to combine.

  4. Drizzle fruit with lime dressing. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Transfer salad to cantaloupe rind or serve in bowls.
