Berry Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Granola (Brand Rec: Bear Naked, Triple Berry)

  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Brand Rec: Chobani Less Sugar, Madagascar Vanilla)

  • 1/4 cup Strawberries (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries


Directions

  1. Layer the granola, yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries in a jar. Enjoy!

 
Notes:
  • Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

  • Make it Vegan: Use plant-based yogurt.

  • Meal Prep: Layer the fruit and yogurt, but wait to add the granola on top until just before eating to prevent it from getting soggy.
