Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Notes:
Keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze.
Serve with fresh veggies, whole grain chips, or use as a topping for tacos.
Makes about 1/2 cup. The serving size is 2 Tbsp per person.
