Almond Joy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut (or flaked coconut)

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
