Ingredients
2 (6 oz) salmon filets
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
Avocado oil spray
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
1. Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel.
2. Spread 1 tsp of mustard evenly on each fillet (not skin side).
3. Sprinkle each filet evenly with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Finish with a quick spray of avocado oil on each filet to lock in the moisture.
5. Add the filets to the air fryer. Fry at 375 for 15 minutes, or until flaky with a fork.
6. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
