Deep breathing and how it eases anxiety

Your breath is a powerful tool to ease stress and make you feel less anxious. Most people take short, shallow breaths into their chest, which can make you feel anxious and wipe out your energy. This technique allows you to take deeper breaths, all the way into your belly.
